Service Nature and Legal Disclaimer
Funded Elite provides educational digital products, performance-evaluation programs, and simulated market environments only. All activities performed on Funded Elite occur entirely within virtual or demo-based simulations. No real capital is handled, processed, invested, or placed into financial markets.
Funded Elite is not a broker, does not execute orders, does not match buyers and sellers, does not facilitate access to real financial markets, and does not operate as an introducing broker, financial intermediary, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or any regulated financial service provider.
Funded Elite does not accept deposits for financial execution, does not manage client funds, and does not enable participants to engage in live-market transactions. All environments are strictly simulated and operate for educational, assessment, and skill-development purposes.
Any rewards distributed by Funded Elite are performance-based incentives derived solely from simulated activities and do not represent returns from financial investments or real-market activity.

Modification of this Agreement

Using Our Service
By accessing our digital products, you enter a legally binding agreement with Funded Elite.
User Representations
Age and Capacity
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering agreements. If acting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
Compliance with Applicable Laws
You affirm that your use of Funded Elite complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in your jurisdiction.
Platform Use Agreement
Funded Elite grants a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our digital Services. This license does not transfer ownership of intellectual property belonging to Funded Elite or Quantum SRL.
We may revoke or modify your license at any time.
Geographical Restrictions
Due to international regulations, access is restricted for individuals located in:
Iraq, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Russia, Ukraine, Somalia, Belarus, Myanmar.
Additionally, users from the United States are restricted from accessing environments requiring MT5-based credentials.
Guidelines for Simulated Market Activities
All actions on Funded Elite are performed in virtual simulations. You must comply with system rules and avoid disallowed methodologies.
Execution of Simulated Actions
Users may carry out virtual operations within the simulation but must not use prohibited patterns.
Best-Practice Principles
Users are encouraged to apply consistent methodologies and responsible decision frameworks.
Data-Sharing Consent
Use of the platform authorizes Funded Elite to access and share simulation-related performance data with affiliated parties for operational purposes.
No Advisory Relationship
Your use of the simulations does not constitute advice from Funded Elite, nor does Funded Elite rely on your simulated decisions as advisory input.
Information Accuracy
Funded Elite is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in simulated-market feeds provided by third-party platforms.
Prohibited Uses
You may not engage in the following:
Violations of laws or third-party rights
Scraping, crawling, hacking, DoS attempts, or bypassing platform protections
Dissemination of unsolicited commercial content
Exploiting delays, errors, or inconsistencies in simulation environments
Using insider or non-public information
Manipulative approaches designed to circumvent system rules
Gambling-like behavior including hyper-aggressive methodologies, excessive position-sizing, single-direction exposure without risk logic, or repeated account exploitation
Using third-party scripts, hidden systems, unauthorized automation, or identity masking
Switching methodologies between evaluation phases when prohibited
Unauthorized VPS or multi-IP usage
Violations result in termination and possible forfeiture of payments.
Elite / Live Phase Requirements
Minimum Activity Days
Participants must engage for at least five active days before requesting rewards following the first 21-day period.
Methodology Consistency
Participants must use consistent methodologies during required review periods to demonstrate reliability and avoid exploitative behavior.
Prohibited Behaviors
Arbitrage-like patterns, ultra-short-cycle executions, one-direction concentration, unauthorized system switching, and identity or automation violations are prohibited.
Multiple Account Policy
Users may not create or use multiple accounts. Duplicate account detection results in termination.
Account Creation
Participants must provide accurate personal information. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or purchased on behalf of another individual.
A single account may access multiple evaluation programs, up to a maximum combined simulated capital structure of 600,000 USD.
Development Approach
Funded Elite identifies talent through simulated evaluation processes. Users demonstrating consistent skill may gain access to enhanced simulation environments hosted by third-party systems.
Funded Elite does not provide investment guidance, and all environments remain fully simulated.
KYC Policy
Identity verification must be completed through Veriff by the same individual purchasing and operating the account. Any mismatch or shared identity results in account breach.
Transaction and Refund Policies
Purchases
All purchases of digital challenges and products are final unless unused and refunded at Funded Elite’s sole discretion.
Refunds
Unused products may be refunded only at the company’s discretion.
Payment Verification
Certain transactions may require verification. Users must cooperate promptly.
Trademarks
All logos, marks, designs, and branding are owned by Funded Elite or used under license. No rights are granted beyond personal, non-commercial use.
Term and Termination
This Agreement begins upon purchase and remains effective until terminated. Funded Elite may suspend or revoke access at any time at its discretion.
Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limits
All Services are provided as-is and as-available without warranties.
Funded Elite is not liable for losses, damages, or interruptions of any kind.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Latina.
Legal Provisions
Invalid sections do not affect remaining terms.
Funded Elite may assign its rights; users may not.
Waivers must be written and signed.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Funded Elite and the user and supersedes all prior representations.
